Our consultants have subject matter expertise with years of experience in varied industries, such as Consumer Durables, Information Technology, ITeS, Automobile, Power, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Engineering, Insurance, Banking, Advertising and Hospitality.

All consultants at NIS Sparta undergo 180 hours of training every year on the latest training techniques, learning models and methodologies across the globe. Before conducting training programmes, they have to be certified by the Excellence Group in our organisation and by our alliance partners. To facilitate a wider reach and more effective training, our training programmes are conducted in several languages – English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Assamese, Bengali, Malayalee, Punjabi and Oriya.
