Training Consultants (TEC)

Description :
Profile: Training Consultants will be responsible to deliver Instructor-led training and on-the-job performance coaching to employees of our client organizations. In addition, trainers would participate in conducting field studies, clients' Concern Validation Studies, customizing training content and involving themselves in post-training follow-ups/ interventions and measurements. We are looking for trainers in various business verticals at varying levels of experience and competencies.

Experience:
MBA or Engineer, with 5 to 20 years of experience, of which should have at least 2 to 5 years in a Managerial role. Domain experience in sales or customer service is essential. Excellent communication skills and the experience of managing a small profit center, is desirable. Experience in training will be an added advantage. The aspirants should be willing to travel extensively.

Profile: Business Managers and executives will be responsible for acquiring corporate business to offer NIS Sparta's training and learning solutions. The role holder will be Responsible for identifying business opportunities, facilitating creation of solutions for clients, account management and revenue collection.

Experience: MBA (Marketing) possessing 2 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in business acquisition/ concept selling, in an organization engaged in providing services to large-sized, multi-location corporate clients.

Description :
Profile: The Technology Head will be responsible for delivering effective e-learning solutions to our clients through a team of instructional designers and graphic designers.

Experience: Overall experience of 10 to 12 years, of which, at least 6 to 7 years should have been spent in IT/ e-learning or a training organization, managing large projects. Hands on experience in applying instructional design principles to create i-content, graphic design & development, implementing live e-learning portals using LMS and overall project management is essential. A stable background with previous organizations is preferred.

Key Skills :
