 Define Concerns
|
|
Concern validation study (CVS) is a proprietary consultancy method used to identify both facilitation and barriers to achievement of business and mission-crtical goals. The training needs of people at various levels are also identified in this exercise. CVS uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.

| Develop Solutions |
| A detailed solution roadmap specifying the target audience to be trained, when, where, how and on what areas is developed and presented to the client. All components of the solution ranging from training to performance coaching and mentoring are spelt out in the solution roadmap. |
| Deliver Solutions |
| As specified in the solution roadmap, the training and coaching is delivered through classroom or outdoor medium by trained and certified consultants. The methodology to be used is also identified in the road map. The training content is drawn from our vast pool of IPR or created afresh. |
| Demonstrate Effectiveness
|
| We have a rigorous measurement process in place, with measurements at multiple levels. Our aim is to produce positive, measurable results for our clients. |
