Practice makes perfect. And, skills learnt in a training programme need to be practiced. To aid practice, we offer 'Performance Coaching Solutions', where NIS Sparta’s trained coaches work alongside employees observing and coaching them.

Project Dronacharya and Project Gyanbharti are two noteworthy examples.
In Project Dronacharya, coaches worked with Hindustan Lever's retail stockist salesmen, improving their effectiveness in the field. In Project Gyanbharti, our coaches worked with customer-facing personnel of Airtel to improve their sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Under Project Gladiator for Samsung, our coaches provided product usage training to Reliance dealer salesmen across the country.
