Description :

Profile:Training Consultants will be responsible to deliver Instructor-led training and on-the-job performance coaching to employees of our client organizations. In addition, trainers would participate in conducting field studies, clients' Concern Validation Studies, customizing training content and involving themselves in post-training follow-ups/ interventions and measurements. We are looking for trainers in various business verticals at varying levels of experience and competencies.

Experience: MBA or Engineer, with 5 to 20 years of experience, of which should have at least 2 to 5 years in a Managerial role. Domain experience in sales or customer service is essential. Excellent communication skills and the experience of managing a small profit center, is desirable. Experience in training will be an added advantage. The aspirants should be willing to travel extensively.
